How do I turn notifications on or off?

Control which alerts reach your inbox and your phone.

You can control the platform notifications you receive from Settings.

1. Open Settings. 2. Go to the Preferences tab. 3. Scroll to the Notifications section.

Notification What it covers --- --- Game completion A summary after a game finishes — result, accuracy, key moments. Daily goal reminders Nudges when you haven't hit your daily training target. Weekly progress report A digest each week with your rating change, puzzles solved, and trends.

Each toggle takes effect immediately — there's no Save button.

The bell icon in the top bar shows unread notifications (achievements unlocked, streak milestones, tournament events). This is always on while you're signed in.

Transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, security alerts) are always sent — these are required to keep your account safe. Marketing and digest emails follow the toggles above.

To stop a specific email type, use the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send. You can also unsubscribe in bulk from /unsubscribe.

Push notifications to your phone's lock screen are not currently part of the platform. Add Endgame Society to your home screen (install guide) and check in directly — your daily challenges and live games will be waiting.
