How do I change my email address?
Move your account to a new email address without losing your history.
Your sign-in email can be updated from Settings. We use a verified secondary email flow so a typo can't lock you out of your account.
1. Open Settings. 2. Stay on the Profile tab. 3. Find the Email section. Your current sign-in email is shown at the top. 4. Add a new email under Add another email and tap Add . 5. Check that inbox — we send a verification link. Open the link to confirm you own that address. 6. Back in Settings, the new email is now listed as verified. Tap Make primary next to it.
The new email becomes your sign-in address right away. The old one stays attached to your account as a secondary email until you remove it.
- Check spam, then check Promotions if you're on Gmail. - Make sure the email was typed correctly — re-add it if not. - Add support@endgamesociety.com and notify@endgamesociety.com to your contacts and try again. - Still nothing? Contact support and we'll verify it manually.
All emails — game summaries, weekly recaps, Stripe receipts, password resets — start going to your new primary address as soon as the switch is made.
