How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any plan in under a minute. Keep access until the period ends.
You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
1. Open Settings. 2. Go to the Account tab. 3. Scroll to the Subscription section. 4. Tap Manage Plan — this opens the secure Stripe billing portal. 5. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
You'll see a confirmation immediately and get an email receipt.
- You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. - Auto-renew is off — you won't be billed again. - Your games, ratings, puzzles, and stats stay on your account exactly as they are. Resubscribing later picks up where you left off.
If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you won't be charged at all. Trial features stay active until the trial ends.
Open the same Manage Plan flow and resubscribe — your account picks back up instantly.
If the Stripe portal won't load or you can't find the option, contact support and we'll cancel it for you within one business day.
